Is Finish Kare going to provide a website to order?

I wanted a gallon of the 883 rust remover from the decontamination line; but shipping costs about 4x's what the product does.

Do they rebottle/resell through anyone else?

I've contacted Leda multiple times with no response over a 2-week timespan.

She admitted they were a mfg. but not distributors; but I don't know who else they're selling to...if I did I'd buy through them.

To my knowledge they don't rebottle. However, I could be wrong. From what I understand their web site is currently under construction and should be up and running soon. Since you've already contacted her, be patient. You're probably looking at a two to three week time frame before you hear from her.

Well, while I am excited that the finally got a distributor, I can understand where you anti AG guys are coming from.

I think people just like to help the Little Guy and AG is the big dog when it comes to online detailing supplies.

But, in their defense, their CS is top notch. At least they aren't a "big dog" that doesn't care about their customers!

I'm bummed that AG got them, I was hoping for smaller companies to pick them that have amazing CS. Oh well........

Since I get most of my stuff from AG, I am very glad that they got it. The fewer places I have to shop to get my products the better, as it saves of shipping costs. :2thumbs:

Well, I just placed an order with AG for a gallon of 425. Even using the current 15% off coupon, I paid more than $10 more than I paid last time I ordered a gallon from the prior distributor. :(

FK had a flat $5 shipping rate too, which I will miss a lot!

Yeah, so much for $29 gallons with $5 flat rate shipping, the AG price is $39.99 and shipping is $9.95 to my house. Even with the sale and Autopia discount, it comes to $44.14, as you said, $10.14 more than before.

I have enough QD to last until Obama isn't President anymore (the second time), and it's nice to know FK is available again, but I think when I need more I'm going to have to look at QS or OID.

WOW! thats insane, thanks god I stocked up with leda. Even when I need to refill down the road Im definitely going to contact leda first.

I've had nothing but good experiences with AG. They have some 15 or 20% off promotions and occasionally have free shipping. I guess folks will just have to stock up when those discounts are going on.

I bought 5 gallons of 425 a couple years ago for less than $25 ea. Hopefully by the time i need new FK stuff, I can find a dist. other than AG.

It's always cheaper to get it from the manufactorur, I guarnatee you they don't want to be bothered with all these individual orders. My company is a manufactorur, and only sell to copanies with tax ID numbers. Companies buy it cheap from us and jack the prices for you. It's business!! What do you want AG to do, they need to make money too. Shipping is expensive these days. We use UPS a lot. It cost us $10 to ship a 3lb package to Florida from Chicago, and $45 to ship 3 packages totalling 70lbs. to Iowa from Chicago. Obviously the FK1 website failed horribly with the $5.95 flat rate shipping, or they would still be in bussines.
