Smart move, buying some while you still can (discontinued due to VOC regs).
You can even use the stuff by hand! Very versatile product, but you *will* need to follow up with something milder.
While you're getting the PI-III RC, try to get some PI-III MG (05937) too. It's another wonderful product that was discontinued.
