Iron X spray vs Paste

Quite frankly, I don't see the appeal of the Paste (from the product photos it looks like a clear liquid instead of a high viscosity paste). Is the paste worked in with a brush when applied to a wheel? How (if at all) is this better than using the spray?

I'm stumped

No, it is VERY thick! Like maple syrup in the refrigerator style. I actually dilute it 1:4 with distilled water to make more spray and it works as good as the original.

I use the paste all the time and it's very effective. If you have heavily dusting wheels (BMW in my case), there are spots of embedded brake dust the sprays will leave behind.

The paste allows you more control. Wearing gloves, I apply it to a specific area using my finger almost as if you were applying ointment to a cut. The nice feature of the paste is it doesn't run off once you apply it. So if I'm trying to remove a spot that's located at "12 O’clock" on my wheel, I don't have to reposition the car, the paste stays put until I'm ready to agitate it with a brush.

After I clean my wheels if there are stubborn spots I apply the past let it sit while I do other things and when go back it done its thing.
