IPA/H2O dilution ratio?

What is the best dilution ratio to use when removing polishing oils off of the paint?

Some guys say the straight 91% stuff is the way to go. I use 50/50 IPA/Distilled water. That ratio seems to have no problems removing Menzerna polish oils and any LSP.

Thanks! I will be using Menz polishes and Ultrafina on a detail tomorrow and I think I'll go with the 50/50 mix.

I buy 70% IPA from the store and mix it 50/50 as well.
