interior detailing brushes

what brushes do the pros and amatuers alike use for cleaning the interior. A good assorment of hard and soft ones preferred. I need a couple of brushes to use to agitate dirt out of crevices. Thanx!
 
While I'm not a pro, I use a couple of stiff plastic bristled ones for carpet. THe one is like a small scrub brush, the other is like an oversized toothbrush. They were the wal-mart brand and like 1-2 bucks a piece. Strictly for CARPET use only. For the dash I use a toothbrush for some spots, others I use a "detail" brush, that is horsehair on one end and has a rubber point on the other for getting wax and other gunk out from around emblums etc. That's about all I use, that and a whol bunch of MF's

Meguiar's recently released a new line of brushes and accessories and they are excellent. I use the X1000 for interiors.



See here for pictures and descriptions of all their new accessories. I love their VersaAngle Brushes. I think their new brushes are just about the best value in auto accessories I've ever encountered.
 
The new Meguiar's brushes are great. Get all three of the interior detail brushes, They get the job done and there pretty inexpensive.



If you need to clean some delicate upholstery or headliners you might need to pick up a horse hair brush. There a little more gentle.
 
I like the BM ones @ Wal-Mart. Nothing special, but then I don't nothing special to get dust out from between interior panels. :D Think they're about $2 each.
 
Here is what scottwax suggested to me. Pick is up for about a dollar at krogers in the womens section.

I think the chapstick is just to be used a refrence of size. Compare the size of the chapstick to the orange brush in question.

ah ok ill have to look into that. im going to go and get a bunch of different brushes tommrow. gotta pick up a lot of otc stuff and have a big order to make tommrow as well! JUST GOT PAID!
