Interesting Avalanche plasic info

Definately interesting.



I'd be upset though.



I know people who have painted the parts...I should call my body shop to see if they've had problems.
 
I think I remember seeing that article before. And people think Pontiac uses a lot of body cladding. :D



What is the current product of choice to keep all that plastic looking nice? I think AIO maybe was mentioned at one time?

I tried AIO....way too many bumps in the plastic....so it can dry and be a PIA to remove....



I use a tire shine like product...as it is quick, easy, does not run onto paint as much as 303 (not matter how much you buff if it rains it is either on the paint or not there anymore) last about month or so....CHEAP!!!
 
I saw an Aztec not too long ago and all of the plastic parts were painted to match the body....it looks like CRAP. I bet they have the same problem where you can't paint them.
