Instead of switching pads

Lets say I'm using DACP and a yellow pad. After doing two or three panels the pad gets caked. Instead of switching pads, since I only have one yellow pad, is it fine to just clean the pad with dawn and then put it back on the pc and spin dry and reuse?

Yes. I do it frequently. Just watch spinning dry (pad can fly off if too fast). I've also learned to spin them dry while holding them inside a bucket (ask me how I figured that one out).

I find you can also after spinning it they'll be a good bit of water still in the pad. I find the best way to get a lot of that out is to put a towel on either side of the pad and then give it a good squeeze (Read, Jumping on it)

Yeah, you might be using a bit much product, I do entire vehicles without my pad getting loaded up. Sometimes you can "spur" the pad with a nylon brush for a quick clean-up.

After doing a panel should I apply a circle of product on the pad before going on to the next panel or just continue buffing without applying product?

You'll need to apply some more product but once the pad is loaded up, then you won't need to apply as much.

A squirt of water on the pad helps to release the polish. Instead of applying more polish, give it a squirt of water and continue. It will help you go a little further before you have to clean the pad.
