infinty j6 detail

Hello Everyone! THis is a detail I did a while ago. What a great day for a detail. We had highs in the low 70's. I actually wore pants. Its a great change from high 90's the past 16 days. Well this car is owned by a pastor at our church. It took a total of 7 hours to complete. It used to get detailed by the infinity/nissan dealership and it showed. I spent about 2 hours washing and claying alone.



Engine:



Sprayed down with HT APC 10:1

Meguiars versa angle brush with nxt wash scrub

rinse with hose

idled for 10 minutes/dried

dressed with #40

S+G on all painted surfaces

Interior:



Vacuumed

pretreat with HT APC 20:1 and folex

oxy method

mats sprayed off with hose after oxy and then extracted

interior carpets extracted

vinyl/leather cleaner with HT APC 20:1

vinyl - VRT

leather - 4* leather conditioner

S+G on wood trim

-clay - claymagic clay bar and poorboys clay bar.. worst claying ever

-#83 via LC VC 7.5" poishing pad on all doors / VC 7.5" light cut pad on trunk/hood/roof/fenders/bumpers (RIDS)

-PwC blue via hand

-Adams BSG via hand

-Adams Butter Wax via hand

-finish with S+G

#40 in wheels

I have been working with the rotary for about 2-3 weeks now. I really picked up on it quick. my IPA swipes are clean which is good! On this detail it was all pc. I didnt have the makita yet.
