Nice work Picus. On your site, the link in "SERVICES > EXTERIOR + INTERIOR > Click here to see a full detail explained step by step!" doesn't work.

Excellent catch! I'd have never noticed that. :)

Absolutely first rate on all 4. :)

That van was just nasty. I hope you charged extra for it.

Thanks. :) Believe it or not I didn't. I was tempted, but since it was a referal from a very good client I let it slide. It took me about 1.5 hours longer than most interior details, but oh well; word of mouth, right?

Ehh yeah.. noticed that dead link... there is another dead link somewhere on your site. I assumed it was because you re-did your site and weren't done. Shoulda remembered where that was.

Excellent Job! can you tell me about your camera/settings/lenses?

That Van was hideous. I hope you got your moneys worth becuase you sure deserve it!

Sure, it's a 300D (Rebel) with a 17-35mm 2.8f lens, settings are all auto. It's my wifes old camera and I'm not familar with it enough yet to do manual stuff, so I just leave it on auto and pray. :)

Thanks.

Love your work on these cars as well as your NSX jobs! I am a detailer in London, Ont. and was wondering where you got the Megs Wheel Bright from. I have been using the Eagle one stuff, but I would love to get it by the gallon and mix it myself!

Thanks, Greg K.

Hey - I totally lucked out. I contacted Chris at eshine and he said he didn't have any and didn't think he could get any since Megs is weird about shipping their D products to Canada. He let me know a couple weeks later that he managed to get a gallon.

Next time I'm in the US for more than a week I'm going to get as many gallons as I can. :)

Last, and certainly not least - a Toyota Sienna Minivan, interior only. The customer called me and normally I'd have declined the appointment, however she was a referal so I accepted. She told me that there had been a coffee stain and it "smelled bad", ok no problem.

Well that wasn't the only stain, and the smell wasn't coffee. It was 4 years of food, gum, coffee, oil, you name it. Process was:

303 cleaner on the carpets, mats, etc.

APC everywhere, and I mean everywhere.

Woolite/water on leather

LGM xWho knows how much

vaccuum...a lot.

Sticker removal from windows! :D

Red alert and bac-out (thanks grouse!)

Time was...long.

nice work on this van - i did a dodge caravan early this week that was in the same state of disrepair - again a referral so i didn't turn it down

I have one spare gallon. I ordered three just in case. One to Picus, one for me and I still have the 3rd. With my white powdercoated wheels I am going through it quick! LOL. Its a great wheel cleaner, I am glad Picus introduced it to me!

I'll add to the nice work on the minivan... I'm doing one next week, am afraid it'll look about like that. I don't have pictures, but I've done worse... did my friend's mom's car before prom so he could drive it and not scare his date.
