Impossible to get a hold of FK1

Left them 3 messages since the 17th which was when I placed the order and sent 2 emails after receiving my tracking and still no reply.

My order shipped on the 26th kinda slow from their part .... :ignore :nixweiss



I can't wait to get my stuff ordered some 425, 215, 2180, PW, 1000P :woot2: :D
 
Well I had the same experience with CMA. I ordered some stuff from them last Sunday. Monday came, Tuesday came, and finally Wedsday I got conformation and tracking number. Should arrive tommorow sometime. So not exactly what your experincing actual time wise but similar situation. I was about to order some 1000P and maybe some of their polishes until I read this; so im going to hang back until I see what happens with you. Goodluck hopefully it shows soon.



BTW every time I see you name 04MC. I think oh its a 2004 Monte Carlo, then it goes to 2004 Mini Cooper, and last but least I get to 2004 Mistia(sp) Chrome Cobra. I love that color I sometimes wish I got that color but I decided against it because of the seats and in case of an accident. College parking lots and other events just worried me to much.

FK1 doesn't have the whole communication thing down too well, but their products are very worthwhile. I have spoken to them a couple of times on the phone, but they can be nearly impossible to reach much of the time by any means.

Yeah, when it was around at least you could usually get an answer from someone, even if it wasn't an FK1 employee. I peek every so often to see if they've brought it back online, but I'm not holding my breath that they ever will.
 
I have a gallon of #425 being delivered today.. I had no issues with the order being shipped timely. They use fed-ex ground from AZ. So from the time you order till the time you get it is about 5 days. That has always been my experience with them, even last year.



The pollen is crazy here. Maybe the 425 will help..
 
I think I saw on another thread, either this or another forum, that the owner/founder of the company died a few months ago and they were either bought out by someone or under new management.
 
I dont care for their products but they were always responsive to me. Now if I could get AutoGeek to ship an order in under 10 days or return a frickin email that would be a miracle.

Just curious, which of their products have you tried? While their communications skills are exactly up to snuff, I usually like their products pretty well and I haven't had trouble with them shipping in a reasonable amount of time.
