How about something to discuss??? Some advice--Would MF pads be any advantage in my situation??
Have 2 VW's to maintain--2007 Passat-medium green, 2012 Golf-new-black. After 6 years of not being polished I was able to remove 95-98% of all the marring on the Passat with HD Speed on an orange B&S pad on my GG DA (must admit it took six slow 6 passes per section). The dealer listened to my threats to cancel the deal on the Golf if he preped the exterior so the finish was in great shape at delivery--few water spots on the hood and roof from acid rain (they let it sit out for a couple of weeks after removing the protective wrap) that came off nicely with HD Polish on a yellow B&S pad. Both cars are in great shape and maintained well. So would MF pads offer me any advantage for future polishing or should I just stick with foam???

IMO the mf pads have more cut then the orange foam.
