Have any of you guy's tried the Ice products by Turtle wax? My brother N Law was trying to drum up some business for me, and this guy said he details his own car and uses these products.

While in Auto Zone today I went down the detail aisle and saw some the these product they have...

ICE PRODUCT
Liquid Clay Bar (is this better then the bar itself?)
Car Wash with Wax
Liquid Polish

If you guy's have tried them can you give me a little review of what you think of these product and would they be worth adding to my collection of product.

This has been discussed here before try searching it should bring up old posts.

I bought a bottle of ICE and used it on one panel and put it on the shelf, That was over a year ago and it is still full and unused.

I would gladly give it to someone if that tells you what my opinion of it is. :passout:
 
I haven't tried all of the products that you mentioned but I did try the Ice Synthetic Polish when it first came out. I happened to try this on half of a vehicle and put Megs NXT on the other half. I'm no huge fan of NXT but I'm not slamming it here. I could use the NXT and not be too unhappy. The Turtle Wax didn't stack up well when I made this direct comparison. The slickness of ICE was literally gone the next day. I believe these two OTC products are marketed similarly but didn't think they compared all that equally. I too have some ICE sitting on my shelf. I believe it's right next to the NXT.:D

Though I can only speak directly to the one product, I believe there are quiet a few other products similarly priced with which you would be more satisfied.
 
I think my Ice product (Liquid Clay Bar) made it's way a the landfill also, or maybe i gave it to someone as a present....
 
Yep, thats what I think of its Liquid clay bar and wash also. Didnt try the synthetic wax. Mine will either be given away or in the trash. Along with other products I wont even use on the tractors.
 
A coworker was swearing by this stuff a few months ago.Told me how easy it was to use and it how great it looked and worked.I thought about picking some up but never got to it.:passout:
