I was looking at garage door openers

Went to Sears with my dad to look for a garage opener. I saw a sample setup there with brackets. Now the garage opener in the box only comes withe two remote transmitters and one for the garage wall and the light that attaches to the ceiling. Do I have to buy extra brackets to install it or does it come with it?
 
Depending on how you are looking to set it up - you will need to buy extra brackets and/or metal straps to hang it from.
