I used too much Trim Restorer, how do I recover?

While messing around, I had a applicator, it had way to much TR on it. Part of my dash (a BMW, sorta beige-brown color) on the passenger side has a bunch of build up and turned very light, almost a dull white.

When the applicator was a little dryer, it seemed to work fine, the rest of the dash and doors look great.

I've used TR many times in the BMW but this time user error has caused a bit of a problem.

I've tried wiping using a damp (water) terry towel, it seems to be diminishing but is taking quite some time.

Any/all suggestions are appreciated!

TIA

Hey PR--

If you did it this weekend, you sure had some nice weather for it....even hot!!

With the liquidity of TR, I use a small foam painters brush from Home Depot. If I have to apply more often, that is better than getting a mess. I always, always buff after I have completed the TR job on a client's vehicle.

Trim restoration has always taken me a good bit of time to do....I think that's just the card we draw when we decide to do it :dunno
