Was just looking around Detailer's Paradise and see that they sell a "Beta Cantilever Tool Box" that is pretty similar in color to that car you posted, HotRodGuy.

Link, hope it works.

they haven't even started, they've been to busy getting ready for the filming of the overhaulin show they are doing this week on a 62 chevy.

okay, it's done, i'm kind of dissaponted he didn't do the inside or the very bottom, but he cut me a HUGE deal and basically charged me for just paint. They spent forever drilling out rivets and prepping, so I am very pleased. Plus I have him painting some other stuff (valve covers, manifold)

Although, i'm not posting pics yet, i'm gonna be over at meguiars tomorrow and am hopefully gonna get mike to show me how to wetsand just the top, then I'l lget some shots after I re-revit in the handles and latches.

I'll get it striped in the next week or so.

when i was a younger man people used to say that drugs were God's way of telling you that you had to much money. now that i am older i see that that has changed to detailing and mod's.

OH, by the way, i hope you enjoy your cup-o-noodles.

Câ€â„¢mon HotRodGuy, youâ€â„¢re looking at this from a âہ“glass is half emptyâ€Â rather than âہ“the glass is have fullâ€Â perspective.

Think how easy it would be to scratch the paint inside the box. Now is the perfect opportunity to take the Sub on a road trip to Tijuana and get a Tuck â€Ëœn Roll upholstery job done on the inside of that box (will you bring me back a switchblade?) ;)

don't even give me ideas, however, now that I did save a good amount of money on what I actually thought this was gonna cost

hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm ;)

:D

I had Mike wetsand just the top of it, took him about an hour to get it flawless and flawless it is. I almost feel guilty striping it now :D

I'll get some pics tomorrow and will post :D

teaser pic, here's the lid after Mike sanded and buffed it :D

If the sun comes out today I'll snap some killer shots, the color really comes out w/ sunlight and the flake starts to do it's thing
