Clay can be used on any smooth surface. I really wouldn't recommend it for a textired plastic bumper.



And, Doorman - an 80-100 gr is suitable for 3 average sizxed vehicles. you'll get more uses from smaller vehicles or slightly contaminate vehicles versus larger and heavily contaminated ones.
 
Forest, does Mothers offer the clay bar in two sizes? The ones I got from the stores (Pepboys, Autozone, Walmart) in the recent months seem to be half as small as the ones I used to get. The bar I have now is 2 x 2.5 x 1.5 inch in size. The box says it's a 80g bar but I haven't weigh it to verify.

No, just one size. They're sold by weight, not dimensions as you know. Occasionally, we'll get some that are thinner but longer and wider, but weight is the same.
