OK so I did a search and all I can find are threads on repairing a few miscellaneous paint chips. I have a 2003 Bonneville, and it has where the rear quarters flare out just in front of the rear wheels. So thanks to this genious design, the flares on both sides of the car are just littered with hundreds of stone chips. So I have about a square foot area that looks like white paint was splattered on it. My thought was to spray a coat of paint, then polish to remove it on the good surface, then repeat a couple more times. Has anyone tried this that can tell me if it would work? Any other suggestions?
