I messed up my Griot's order!

Sunday I ordered a bunch of things I needed from Griot's Garage. Well, after hitting send or order the computer just stopped so I hit refresh, like and idiot! But, I got an order confirmation so thought nothing of it. Well, last night I checked and they never charged my credit card yet so I am guessing it never even shipped yet either. So now the three cars I had to do tomorrow will have to wait till next week cause I just ordered more stuff from CMA which will get here first. Oh well, now I get to try CMA pads to compare to Griot's. CMA was cheaper shipping and everything too. Just had to vent a little this morning.
 
You may want to call or contact Griot's about your order. They may just be waiting for a backordered item to come in before charging your CC and shipping your order out. If you received a confirmation, then there should be an order number so they can research or pull up the information. Double orders can be a problem sometimes, unless its for disposables or products you use or buy frequently.
 
Well come to find out they shipped it yesterday morning. So they shipped it before I said anything about it. I think I am done with griot's. There is no reason it should put an order in sunday night and wait until thursday morning to ship. Especially with those super high shipping charges.

Be careful with their MF's! They caused micro-marring on my Jag (OK, it has VERY soft paint) so I sent 'em back. For plush MF's, I always recommend

The plushest MF's are the Magic Towels from CMA. I have a dozen. Absolutely incredible towel.



As far as Griots, send back the order and get a refund. You know my first order with CMA didn't ship out until a week after I ordered it. I called up and was like what heck is going on. Turns out they had an item on back order, it held up the whole order and they never bothered to tell me. Mind you, I was upset and it was my first order. However, numerous subsequent orders have been nothing short of stellar. Don't give up on Griots because of a mistake. It happens.
