You are making a good argument for a total ban on cell use.
I would support that. People should stop to use a cell phone around here the people text messaging is a real problem wrecks every day as a result.

Well I never gave it much thought about that, but its really the core of the problem...the cell is the instrument...the conversation is the problem.

I could almost agree than a complete ban on all cell use while driving would be a good thing...but then what would be impossible to pass...I guess hands free is the best of both worlds
