Sealed my shower with Detail kings sts3000

Auto detail chemicals are universal, what can I say!!

That reminds me, I've "corrected" my granite countertop.

Let's see -- I AIO'd the glass shower enclosure in my master bath, and you want to know if detailing a key is odd?

Just sayin'....

AIO works good on shower surrounds, OptiSeal is easier and longer lasting on the glass though. :har:

I've detailed my 1:18 scale car collection and a few Hot Wheels cars.

I've washed, waxed and vacuumed a rental car I had one time when my car was in the shop because it was way too dirty for me to feel comfortable.

I've waxed my grandfathers John Deere Lawn tractor out of sheer boredom.

Hehe I've waxed Hot Wheels before. And I always wash , vacuum, and clean the interior of loaner cars.

I have polished my keys, used the PC on the bathtub the other day. Once spent a day polishing a cast license plate frame. We are all a bit nuts!

I've detailed my cell phone too and the graphing calculator I used in college. Used Meguiars Clear Plastic Cleaner and Polish.

I also waxed my mailbox. Quite a bit of oxidation on that one.

That is pretty OCD. I recognize that I have a problem. I just don't care to do anything about it. Too bad there isn't a Guiness Book of World Records category for strangest thing detailed.

XL Advantage- Well, I wouldn't think that keeping your mailbox nice is OCD, after all, it's one of the first impressions somebody gets regarding your home.

This thread is proof of our common OCD. :)

Taking this seriously for a moment......You know, I was thinking about that earlier this afternoon. We joke about OCD and so on...but people who are truly suffering from mental disorders should get help.

I like to assume that people who care sooo much about the condition of their [stuff] only think about that after they've already taken care of the important things in life. Life's not a car show.

OK, OK, enough of my no-fun Autopian Heresy, back to our regularly-scheduled program....

I have to admit, that joking around with OCD is terrible... You guys dont understand how much suffering and pain a person has to go through, thoughts on suicide and not dealing with things anymore are very serious.

My cousin had an serious case, he would "dirty" something by looking at it or thinking about it or touching it. Although hes been getting help for the past year, and its seriously improved, things come back once in a while.

Thanks,

My 2 cents ;)

I started doing this. Until my mom heard the polisher, then started screaming at me asking why the heck i was laying on the countertop with 3.5” pads polishing around the stove. I made 1 pass before she pulled the plug.

I got about 1/3 of it done before the plug was pulled :). Works great :)

Oh yeah, I meant marble countertop, not granite.
