Woah, whats up with the wheels!? lol jk :)

Very very nice work. You car looks awesome. I really like that first pic of the interior and your engine bay looks quite nice too!

Thank you so much.

I am glad that the ""million"" little paint chips are not showing in the pictures

From what i've read the chip puts many more ponies under the hood. I wish i had that as an option for my Max

Heh, you need a turbo for that increase. The VR6 only gets a modest increase.

the 1.8 turbo came with 150/150 out of the factory. With most chips it went up to 200/240 - I have experienced it too and it sure made them fast!!

looks nice, but i dont understand the WIDE rear tires on a front wheel drive car:confused:

Also you claim the rear tires are supposed to look that way? you are joking right ? I have never see a tire EVER with a slanted sidewall.

but clean car

thanks very much

There is not much to understand. It is a Europian "look" that I like.

BTW, do you ever wonder why some people buy expensive exotic cars in the USA even though the speed limit is 55-75?

Same thing - we are free to do what ever we want with our own $$$.

I suppose your right, to each his own.

I bought really wide tires (315/35/17) for my car but then again I have a 10 second Muscle Car:)

I don't want to play a shrink on line, but without knowing anything about you, I would bet a few dollars that all your life you wanted to be accepted exactly the way you are. You hate when people judge you... So don't do it to others.

It is not about how big your d#ck is - it is about how special you make your wife/girlfriend feel.

I look at your car and it looks like any other firebird to me. Do you want to hear that? Do you know how often I get stopped & asked about the car from all walks of life? Do you know what else happens more often then you would think? Even when my car is just parked people with tuned cars check the car out and then they take off!! They start running the 1/4 mile! I guess it gets different reactions from people who see the car in person.

This forum is about Detailing Vehicles - lets focus on that.

Wow, I never insulted you or your car. Since I am mature I dont think I will offer any sort of response to you.

real nice

:wavey

I really don't mean to flame...but I don't even think it's safe to drive on tires that are "stretched out" like that. I used to have a jetta with 235/35/18's on an 9" rim, and the tires streched out/caved in a little bit, but nothing like that. The mechanic who mounted the tires for me basically told me that it wouldn't be safe to put a narrower tire on that wheel.

I really like the rims :up

Those tires are bairly streched, you should check out what someof the MK1 dudes are doing...just go over to www.vwvortex.com and check out some pictures. The car doesn't handle very well with streched tires, but looks super good and it really isnt unsafe at all.

thanks - those tire sizes are supported by the wheel manufacturer. I have seen once someone with 235s on a 10.5" wheel! That's scretching it.

The rear tires have 16000 miles or so on them and still in good shape. I am not sure why it would be unsafe though.

My car handles pretty well too.

wow, your interior is really classy looking. is that stock? looks something like you'd find in an audi. :) and nice job on the engine, although i'm sure it was always that clean, right? ;)

and is the handling better with those tires than if you had the same size on all four corners?
