where can i get wax, polisher... all the product that everyone here are using.... i dont want to order online. can i get them at walmart or some where else? thank you all in advance. scott

The best stuff somes from online distributors, but if you need local pick up, try auto parts stores like Pep Boys, Autozone, Checker, Kragen, etc., etc. And for the polishers try Lowe's or The Home Depot.

There are some good products you should be able to find locally, but more of the "top" products are available only online.

You do have a local distributor(s) for:

Optimum - Optimum Polymer Technologies Products - Dallas

Tropi-Care - Tropi-Care Car Care Products, LLC or SPRTX Home

Zaino - Steve Jones 972-317-2444

Griot's - The Complete Garage

6045 Forest Lane

Dallas, TX 75230

972-789-1500

Meguiars - David Smith (aka Smitty) - [email protected]

Auto Magic - Auto Magic Auto Detailing Products, Car Care Cleaning Detailing Supplies, Auto Detailing Accessories, and Training

and others.

It depends where you are in the country... Some of the larger online stores have showrooms. Not sure if any are in the Dallas area though.

For wax, polish, wash, etc there are passable products in a lot of auto parts stores, as has been mentioned. MFs are around at a number of places but WWs are somewhat more challenging to find, especially decent ones.

Lowes carries the PC 7336 which is really the same thing as the 7424. As for getting the backplate you'll need to use it with foam pads, good luck finding that locally. Other than possibly hitting it lucky with a body shop supply, I have no idea where you'd find it in a store.

You have a phobia about ordering online or what? If you're determined, for whatever reason, to strictly avoid buying things online you have a challenge ahead of you in finding some of this stuff and a lot of the higher quality products are simply not found locally.

Thank you guys. you guys are great when it comes to answering question. please continue listing. for me i like to shop at the local stores then online. i get it right there right then you know?

I find the stuff I want to order on line, then call their 800 phone number and order over the phone. Most on line sellers will be glad to take your phone order.
