I don't pick the colors, plus Rolls, H2, Silverado, Sierra

The Clearkote Compound used on the 2004 GMC Sierra. Where can I get it? I have lots of overspray to get off a car and that sounds like the trick.

The guy who posted above you sells it. :)

CC worked very well on a Silverado that had the bed repainted and the shop got heavy clearcoat overspray all over the truck. After several minutes of claying, I had maybe cleared a volleyball sized section on the roof. I tried CK's Compound and finished the rest of the entire roof in about 10 minutes using a burgandy Meguiars cutting pad. With a polishing pad, the finish ends up looking really good, a very nice suprise.

Nice details.

The color scheme on that truck isn't that bad, although I wouldn't really want to be driving it.

Surprising that the only car without chrome wheels is the Rolls.

Scott, no one, not even you, can make that yellow and maroon truck look good. The best thing for that truck is to take it through 10 tunnel washes and then scuff it up with some SOS pads to mute those colours. :scared: I wouldn't allow a friend to buy a hotwheels painted like that, let alone a truck. GJ on the details though. Very helpful information and very impressive work as always!

I love that Hummer and the color. Great work!!

:) Finally, love for the Hummer!

I agree, red is a great color for the H2 but I've seen maybe 1 or 2 other red ones other than my customer's.

nice way to start off the new year, awesome work!!

extra :2thumbs: for the Silverado, just cuz of the Longhorns badge on the back :chuckle:

After seeing the other vehicles how can the phantom not have dubs? Just doesn't look right. Excellent details as usual Scott.

Frankly, putting "dubs" on a phantom wouldn't look right, IMO.... :doh

Nice work as always Scott. What did you use on the plastic part of the bumper on those two GM trucks? It looks great whatever it is.

I thought it was the sunset orange color??!! OOPS.

Yeah, you wont see too many red ones, they were a limited edition color.

It is suprising since most of his cars have had aftermarket wheels except for the 2 Diablos and Viper he has owned.

I saw a Phantom just like his except it had chrome wheels with black centers. Looked hot. :)

Rick-considering the Silverado needs some polishing (he wants to wait until the construction on his street is finished), I was really pleased with how nice Carnauba Jett did.

Tasty-regular ol Armor All on the trim.

Not a phantom but you get the idea.

Uh...no. You really think I want to regularly clean wheels like that on a glorified BMW?

 I totally agree.... I've never honestly liked the look of that style of wheels, regardless what car it's on....
