I decided to get some hats and stuff made

I've had shirts with my name and such on it in the past, but I wanted something that said "this is a business that has been around and will be around in the future". Iron on shirts and things like that just didn't express what I wanted to do. So I found a place that would create and embroider some products for me. :) I am so happy with them! I think I'll be having some more things made soon too.

And of course there is my Employee of the Month who was willing to model a hat for me.

For anyone interested in this type of thing, she charged $20 for the initial logo setup and then the rest of it was very cost effective. I only had a half dozen hats made and I think I paid about $30 shipped for all of them. [email protected] is the email address if you want to contact them for similar services.

I can see why you are so happy with the results. The logo, coat, and hats all look very nice.

I'm fresh out of black ones for now. This first batch was mostly for the guys who work with me in the summer. If there is interest in them then I'll have them available once my new site launches. That thing should have been up in December, but life happens and things get pushed around, so it is still waiting for me to pull the trigger. lol

It took a long time to settle on that logo. It wasn't until I had to throw together something really quick for a large vinyl banner I was having made for the Spring Cleaning event last year that I came up with this one. It just seems to work. :)

If there is interest in some then I can get more ordered. I don't have a minimum to order even, so anything goes. :) To make it cost effective I probably need to get at least 6. I would be able to take paypal and sell them for $17 shipped anywhere in the lower 48. I've got about a 4 day lead time from when I put in the order to when they are at my door, so turnaround back to you would only be a couple days beyond that. I really like the folks that are doing this, so I trust that they will keep it timely. :) Seriously though, if there is interest then just let me know if you prefer black, white, red, or orange as the hat color and as soon as I get six hats interested I can put in the order. :) I've got two white ones left right now if there is any interest in one of those.

Wow, those hats look great!! Are they adjustable?

I can never find a hat that fits the way I want, so I usually settle on a visor.

They are as adjustable as they can be I guess. It is just a velcro closure, but I have to say that I don't have any hats that are more comfortable as these are. They are very light and fit just right. Most hats are just too shallow for my head and others are so deep that I feel like they are pushing my ears out. These are really the perfect fit for a hat.

The hats are awesome. We use that same water splash for our pressure washing business.
I need to get some hats done soon.
Do they silk screen?

As far as I know they are just an embroidery shop. I'm sure you could buy the blank hats and have them silkscreened elsewhere though. With their low cost of the embroidery I really don't see how silkscreening would be much cheaper though.

The hats I would definitely get embroidered.
I was thinking t shirts for daily wear on the job.
We go through about 50+ t shirts a year and I like doing everything with one person when possible.

I hear ya. I posted their email address in that first post, so you can always ask them. Just let them know OCDetails sent ya. :)
