My inspection came through pretty nice as well. The only problems found were a leak in the water line coming in and a possible chimney problem. They fixed the leak and the chimney passed inspection.



We have 49 days until we close. This waiting game is the worst part. At least I have plenty or time to collect boxes. And, if we moved now, I'd have a hell of a mess moving stuff in single digit temps.

I've found the best thing to do is have 10 of your buddies over to help, between all of those cars and extra hands your bound to be done in no time.

As far as your service cable goes; most utility companies have you pay for the cable from your meter to the pole. They will install it. Now is the time to think about burying a new cable/telephone/ctv cable in a trench to the pole. It looks a lot nicer in your front yard.
