Anybody who walks around in a "Santa Suit" in Cincinmati in the summer time, is either of questionable sanity, or needs to go to Aglamesis (sp?) for some ice cream!

You are mistaken. The Summer Santa wears leopardskin print speedos,a terrycloth robe,sandals and sunscreen. Why would he wear that heavy red suit in the summer? Come on people he's the symbol of sanity!
