I am liable to really hurt the first person next summer

When you use QEW, no rinsing is required, so, no hoses to drag around and worrying about freezing when the temps drop again. :)

Do you have to work outside all day in the cold?

Seriously, detailing when it is under around 55-60, it starts to get bad, especially the drying part. Takes longer and more towels. Under 50, you get cold hands, under 40, you had better have some waterproof gloves.

LOL, i have worked constr. all my adult life, first in Mass., now in Florida.

No one here knows what cold or hot really is.

Imagine finishing a chimney on a 10 pitch roof covered in snow, at around 10-20 degrees with a slight breeze of 20mph.

Thats a warm day. :woot:

I hear ya'. I dread its approach more and more each year. I honestly do not know how anyone can stand cold weather...and by cold, I mean anything under around 65-70.

Everybody is different... Ideal for me is about 55-60. Above 70 and I am dying from the heat. I can take the cold no problem, but the heat kills me.

Same here. I break a sweat peeling an orange.

Mid-fifties, a light breeze, and a football game on the radio . . . that's perfect detailing weather, IMO.

No detailing today! But, when the stuff melts...ton's Kansas City got dumped on plus below zero temp's...it was colder here than Alaska. So much for global "warming"
