Huge Jobs This Weekend.........

I just got in touch w/ a couple of SUV owners who all want heavy sealants on sunday 3(jobs) to be exact. I'll be using P&S's stuff for this weekends work.How Long do you guys let your teflons(sealants whatever)stand before you buff out and are you guys using the PC or orbitals(or simple hand apps) for your Teflon apps....holla at ya boy ........OG Are you guys at least charging 150.00 for your sealant jobs,and are you selling maint kits to up keep thoes sealants? Holla and help a brother out................OG
 
amir i use my pc to apply and i do the entire vehicle then wipe off .. i use a blue edge pad on speed 4 .. works great
 
I think there is a difference between a Teflon sealer and a sealant. A sealant is just an artificial wax, formulated to last a little longer. I apply it and remove it just like a wax, waiting about an hour (for SG, overnight). From what I hear Teflon sealers need to be baked or there is no real benefit.

I charge $54.95-$69.95 for sealants, and invite them to come back in 4-6 mos.
 
amir i forgot to tell ya that i use ultracoat polish before the sealer to really brighten the finish and take the swirls out .. are you claying these vehicles first?
 
It's the new nano acrylic spray sealant made by carlack in germany and sold as jeff's werkstatt in michigan
Top stuff and ultra easy to use.
