I have a recurring dream that is just like that. You're living my fantasy. You get Suzy Cheesecake to keep you company and I end up with an obnoxious slob who wears polyester shorts with dress shoes and black socks and has kids who I believe are spawned from satan. You just can't win I tell ya.

kevmo: piece of friendly advice, avoid wearing track pants when the neighbor's out there. It could get you in really big trouble with the wife if she happens to come out to see how you're doing.

Actually now that I think about it my yappy neighbor is a shorter version of Biff but even louder. Come to think about it even more didn't Biff end up waxing cars for George McFly at the end of the movie after Marty changed the future. Wonder what he used. Yeah I know it's late and I've seen that movie way too many times.

actually...being the back to the future historian that i am, biff said "why don't you make like a tree and get outta here.." Damn biff always trying to con people.

You got to give Biff a break as he is responsible for saying one of the all time classic movie lines "hello Mcfly, anybody home, hello" I still use that line to this very day and may use it on my neighbor next when he bothers me again. That may just work.
