How to remove highway paint

I have a guy that called me today, he owns a pavement marking company that paints stripes on the roads. He has several people who have gotten the yellow paint on their cars and has asked me to remove it for them, the paint is on the car and in the wheel wells and on the runner boards.

Any suggestions?

I had to swerve one day to miss an idiot, and crossed wet lines, getting the yellow paint all over my black truck. Got home and used a garden hose and my fingernail to get it all off. It came off easily, but was very time consuming. Gotta be a better way. Have you tried clay?

yeah clay does work on the surfaces fir white paint splatter but this is yellow paint and my biggest concern is the wheel wells.

Auto..not sure if this will help you, dont know if there is a difference in the white or the yellow paint.

I had this problem a year or so ago with a Taurus.

For the wheel wells, I used 3M'S General Purpose Adhesive remover and a plastic razor blade, let the 3M soak in to the paint for a while and then scrape off with the plastic razor blade. I did repaint the wheel wells afterwards as well.
