I'm not aware of there being multiple versions / types of Gamma Lids, so I can't comment too much on that issue. As long as it's water tight, you should be fine.

The only variation I've ever seen with Gamma Seal lids is color, but that's about it.



There are, however, other spill proof lids available that are not twist-on types. I've seen these at stores like Home Depot and Lowe's, but I still prefer the Gamma lids.
 
Great video--I am preparing now for the winter months ahead----The only change i would make is to take shorter strokes with the mitt so that u r not spreading the dirt onto the paint. I use both side of the mitt but much shorter strokes.

It's that time of year again...
 
GREAT video. I do a variation of this at my local coin op, which is never full. I wash using Z7, but still do the two-bucket method. Last winter I tried ONR but still had to go to the coin op first to blast the salt out of the wheelwells.



The only thing to add to your video would be how to do the undercarriage. I usually just jet a few blasts to the undercarriage of the car. Is there a better way to get salt off the undercarriage short of putting the car up on jacks?
