How to improve your detailing efforts?

I just think that if a customer is paying me $50-75 to "detail" the inside of their rims I should pull them off and "detail" them. To me that means doing as good of a job as I can and covering my work with a nice coat of wax. It's easy for me to say cuz I have a guy that does my rims and tires while I work on the paint......:nana: But still....hheheheee.

If I were just cleaning them up and making all the brake dust and stuff go away then I would be more apt to try some degreaser and maybe a powrball or something.

ZoranC- Heh heh, if somebody does something slower than *I* do it, they're probably using the wrong approach ;)

:chuckle: Well, I am sure there is some truth in that when it comes to me :chuckle:

However, truth is I really am slow when it comes to cleaning wheels. Actually, I am slow when it comes to doing any work on lower side of car. My old back injury is making it very streneous and unpleasant experience that results in taking forever. So when it comes to wheels I have found it is much less streneous and faster for me to take the wheels off so I thought it might be faster for others too.

One day, when I win the lottery, I will get myself a lift and I won't be slow anymore :heelclick
