How to get cement off a car?

Clay won't touch it, and I would never take a scraper to the paint surface. Ty-de-bol thats right the toilet cleaner worked for me. I just did 13 cars with concrete splattered on them. We charged $600.00 per vehicle That was a deal compared to what the local collision shop wanted...over $2000.00 per vehicle.
 
Joe, any pic on Ty-de-bol? Or even the basic ingredients? (I figure that we won't have that product here in Manila). Thanks.
