how to explain how filling is bad to customers

I DON'T fill. If someone is looking for a less expensive detail, I send them down the road. It's just not something I want representing MY SHOP.

What would you do if there's no defects to "fill", & you'd like to gloss up the finish?

I did a full correction on my wife's black metallic minivan a few months ago and just glazed it. It made it look just as good as it did the day I originally corrected it. Instead of just waxing/sealing it periodically, I'll do a quick foam pad glaze and LSP it to keep it looking deep, wet & shiny. It's more than just a LSP can achieve and in fraction of the time than using a product like Menzerna.

Dave, what glaze are you using? Please PM me, going out of town with no computer for a week, now that's scary!
