Just to bring all of you up-to-date....
The dealership manager just called.
They will refund the $500. No hassles.
So it all worked out and I can wax my vehicle once the
weather warms up a bit.
...that is, unless anyone has any tips for
waxing a vehicle in 30 degree weather.
