How to deal with sharp contour changes?

When using the PC, how does one deal with sharp contour changes? For example on my Vette, there are a couple of spots where a nearly vertical surface merges into a nearly horizontal surface, creating a fairly sharp "inside" corner.

My first thought is to buff those corners out by hand and keep the PC well away from this area.

FlyNavy- You're on the right track with your "do them by hand" idea. As the PC is really just a "fast hand" (as opposed to a rotary), all you REALLY lose is time. Anything you can do by PC you can also do by hand, so that IS the answer for tight spots. It's a SAFE solution too. I'd use foam, not terry.

FWIW, back when I had a C5 I could get into most of the spots you're talking about by using a soft (polishing jr finishing), slightly oversized pad and just pushing/deforming it so it'd get in there. No problems, but there are still spots you'll need to do by hand.
