How long of a life on products

Over the years, I've accumulated much more products than I use up. So I have alot of products ,(polishes, waxes etc) that I'm afraid to use because I have left them sitting in the garage for years.

IS there a way to tell if the product is still usable ? For instance I bought the Klasse twins in... 2002, and I still haven't used it all yet.

Also, if i did use it - what would be the worse that could happen if the product has gone 'bad' ???

i too have some products i havent used, but all of them are kept at room temperature so freezing isnt an issue for me

but i think a good old shaking will be fine.

Will, there's no set time when this products are done. I keep mine in a very stable environment. I've been throwing more and more stuff away over the past 12 months that's clearly unfit.

I, too, shake all my products periodically. Just keep an eye on things - - it becomes pretty obivous when a product has failed.

Generally 3-5 years is a normal shelf life. Some products may last longer and some may only last a year. It really depends on the particular item.
