How Do You Like To Apply Wax/Sealent?

I apply liquids with a PC (except SG which I feel is best applied by hand) and I apply pastes by hand.

I prefer to use the PC for working large areas or when doing the whole car. If I'm only working a small area (like when fixing a paint chip or scrubbing bugs, I'll do it by hand. Sometimes I'll start by hand and finish up with the PC.

I've tried SG with the PC. Didn't much care for the experience. I'm sure that it wastes the product...



Doing it by hand is not tuff, nor time consuming.

Alrighty then! But I think thats something you should keep to yourself.....:lol



For me, I use my PC for NXT, AIO and do wax ( mf pad ) and SG ( foam pad ) by hand. I found SG just soaked into the pad causing me to use WAY too much and clogged up the pad.

BTW - all by hand for me, but am looking for a reason to switch over if not only to save time - but DOES it really?

Even though I do it all my machine, I really wouldn't say it saves much, if any, time. For most people, by the time they get out the machine, the pad, etc., and then put it all away afterwards, it would probably take *more* time.
