How do you clean Ecsaine seats?

I have an 02 Lexus IS300 The seats are made out of Ecsaine.

It is kinde of like a swade leather.

Does anyone know how to do a light cleaning on this material?

Any help would be great!

You might want to try your Lexus dealer, they have a specific cleaner/conditioner for your leather/ecsaine seats.
