how do you clean buffing pads

I've never heard of Power Dissolver. Is that something you can get at the local Walmart/Target?
 
I did four pads today with my steam/vapor machine. I clean them the same way you would with a brush, but inject the pad with steam vapor while its circulating. Seems to work real well. Anyone else try this method?
 
For my Griot's random orbital I bought their microfiber cleaner. Just a small dab of that run under hot water and air dried brings them right back from the edge of oblivion. Stuff smells like mineral oil, though....
