How do Points work?

I am new to Autopia and want to know how the points work. I have purchased one order and have 287 points now. How do they apply to future purchases. I have logged in and clicked on the My Rewards and don't have anything displayed under Available Rewards.

I'll have to check the code tomorrow directly from the console to see what happened but it's working now. Thanks for letting me know it wasn't working properly!

Every dollar you spend you earn 1 point. So a $100 order = 100 points. You continue to earn points and they never expire until you "cash out". When you're ready to cash out, go to 'My Rewards' and scroll down to 'Available Rewards'. You'll see different reward coupons:

• $5 Reward Points = 100 points
• $10 Reward Points = 200 points
• $25 Reward Points = 500 points
• $50 Reward Points = 1000 points
• $100 Reward Points = 2000 points

Click on 'Redeem' below the reward and you'll receive a unique "Reward Code". This is used just like a coupon code and is unique to your account. This code expires in 30 days. Currently you're only allowed to use one coupon per order online, but if you'd like to use multiple reward codes + a coupon code just give us a call and we can do it manually over the phone.

For example if you have 4000 points and we're running a 15% off sale + free shipping over $150, you can place your order over the phone to use all 4000 points ($200) AND use the 15% coupon AND get free shipping :bigups

We use the reward points just like cash.

You can create an account here to gain Reward Points. If you've had an Autopia account and have been placing order with the same email address, you've been adding up points.
