How do I make Hail Dents MORE VISIBLE???

Were there any dents directly on creases? If so, that - along with the number and size of the dents - would have been a deciding factor.



Now, find a good shop. Just remember to look for a lifetime warranty. I got screwed with some clearcoat peeling 3 years later on a repair and the shop said it was only a 2 year warranty on the paint. To top it off - it was the DEALERSHIP's own shop!!!
 
The paintless dent removal guys have a good idea. They have all kinds of devices designed to put a straight line near the car, the reflection of which will show the dents very clearly - you just have to move the device or your head until the straight line is over the dent, and you want your sight line to be as close to parallel to the surface as possible.



The guy I saw had one so simple anyone could make it - it was just some white PVC pipe with a couple of T's leading to some suction cups. He could put it anywhere on the car - and this is what he uses as me massages the dent out from the backside. I tried it - it works really well.
