How do I clean this cloth seat? Folex ?

How do I clean this cloth seat of 350z?



1. Do I dilute Folex, spray on entire seat, and vacuum by wet/dry Rigid ?



2. Should I do real shampoo (eg. Tide detergent), soft brush scrub, and vacuum ?

Is the white ring sweat or something else?

Without an extractor, using foam is better so the seats don't get to wet.

Get a can of foam uphostery cleaner, I think Folex is a spot remover

Folex should work fine

but follow the directions on the bottle

spray, rub with fingers, blot with cloth

DavidB, yes, I guess it's sweat and looks like salt . There are on both driver and passenger seats.

Do you have access to a steam or hot-water cleaner?

I would just mist it lightly with Folex, let it dwell 5-10 minutes. Get a small cotton towel, soak the towel with HOT water and ring it out. Start wiping down the seat with it and then go over it with a dry towel so the stain won't wick back to the surface. Should come clean
