How cold is it!

well I washed a car today and when I went to take it back a few drips came out of the mirror and started to slide up the driveer side window(I hate that by the way) anyhoo the drips froze right on the window! I was cool!



PS it is +9 right now but the wind chill is -2 :eek: Bla to cold to do anything :down
 
yeah, i gotta salt the driveway after i wash. If i don't you'll trry to stop, and slide right off into the ditch.



Still gotta wash and wax weekly.
 
its in the upper 40's. its not very warm, but its bearable to wash my truck as long as i stay dry and use warm water. then when i polish and wax it, i change into dry clothes, and turn on my truck. if it comes down to it, i just use the exhaust to warm up my hands.
 
Yeah this weather sucks I wash my truck outside as I freeze my a$$ off and then pull it in the garage to dry and quick detail it.



All for it to get ruin in 3 seconds down the road. :mad:
 
It is a balmy 21 degrees with a wind chill factor that puts it at 8 degrees. The high for today will be a sweltering 25 degrees!!
 
I was 16 degrees and awful windy this morning when I washed the truck. Not too bad on the sunny side of the truck, but the shade side wasn't too pleasant. Even thought about putting on an old pair of golf shoes with metal spikes, as the driveway was solid ice on the shade side.



Kind of a pain, but the results are worth the effort...
 
Low 40's this afternoon in the Dallas area. Light day since rain is expected most of the day on Sunday, so I only had a Mercedes S420 and a Lincoln Town Car limo to wash. Still made more money than if it had rained all day.
 
Today it's -7C, going up to -5C this afternoon. It's the first time in days that it has gotten warmer than -10C (14F). They are forcasting a high of -16C (3 F) for tomorrow.



Friday I passed a sign that gives the temp in Celsius and Fahrenheit. It was kinda nifty: +11 deg F & -11 deg C
 
First weekend ever i couldnt wax :( Washed the car on sat morning, came to do the arches after lunch and clean the glass, every thing was freezing. Did the arches and gave up.
