By no means did i mean by my post that wetsanding is ok on a regular basis. It should be done to remove specific marring and then left alone. It is not ok to wetsand more than once or twice in the lifetime of the paint. I meant that i would rather wetsand, to remove a major defect, than heavy compound polish, as i find it easier to know when to stop.
For those that are a little leary, take 2000 grit and give your paint a few strokes and then remove them by hand, PC or rotary with the proper products that should remove it. It is pretty cool to show people.
