hot dripping tar. PLEASE HELP.

hello,



The front of my 2007 VW Rabbit is covered with hot dripping tar. I parked my car underneath a subway line in Brooklyn and the stains from the tars cant be removed. Can anyone please help me with this?



The only way that I can think of at this point is to get the car repainted, but money is a huge issue to me.



I really need help with this. Please HELP.

UPDATE: I managed to get the tar off the car, but the yellow stains that were left from the tar cant be remove.
 
spray tar and bug remover and let it soak. i would also soak up a MF towel that is very hot and just cover the area or areas and let it loosen up.

If the above doesn't work, I would clay the area and polish. I would try a chemical cleaner first, then an abrasive polish/compound last to see if it removes the remaining damage.
