Hood deflector

Hello, I am fairly new to this group. I have a 2009 Toyota Tacoma with a hood deflector. When I wash it, water obviously gets under the hood deflector. Any tips on how to dry off the water bubbles under the hood deflector. The deflector is fairly close to the top of the hood.

I'd say try an electric leaf blower. That is what i use to get all the water out of all the crevices and grooves on my car!
