I had a guy contact me about restoring a set of Honda Wheels. These wheels were probably the worst ive had to repair. I dont usually like to use Bondo but one wheel required some....

I tried a couple of ways to smooth the finish down i first tried the dremel but that wasnt making much progress

Then moved onto sandpaper, nothing was cutting it

So i brought out the sandblaster and went to work

worse thing in the world wearing shorts and using the sandblaster

Thanks for looking

Awesome work. How do you find the paint code for Honda OEM wheels? I have a Honda Prelude with the original wheels and I want to paint them, however I don't know the paint code.

Great looking repair on those wheels!! However I couldn't help but notice you were using a stone wheel on that dremel to grind aluminum. That can very dangerous because as I am sure you noticed it clogged the wheel quickly. This leads to a imbalance causing the wheel to explode!

If I saw those wheels in a store window I'd think they were brand new. That stone wheel is fantastic for sharpening lawnmower blades with the Dremel adapter.

I didnt use factory Honda paint, i believe it was a GM color. I have a paint book and i let the the customer choose what they want.
