Honda Gold Wing, Harley Road King, S55 and oh yeah, a Ford GT

Iunno, track, and soccer never did that to me. Plus hours working out, I'm still slim, but cut. I can't put on mass. :sadpace:

Steve do you know your blood type? If interested I can tell you what to do in order to gain mass. To the H8ers - I went from 143lbs to 210lbs. (7% body fat)

Heavy weights and low reps with core exercises, lots of protein and carb intake and DEDICATION. I graduated high school at 165lbs...now at age 33 I weigh 215lbs and my waist size is only 2 inches bigger than it was at 17.

I'm doing 4 reps of 15 with 50 lb dumbbells. Believe it or not. I can't do anything more though. :o I am horrible at the bench press though, maybe 140 at the max. :o

Great job on all 4 scott. I agree the inside of that gt is "so ford" haha. I love that s55, my neighbor has a black one, its pretty cool, even though i would never spend the money for it. I wish i could get silver looking that nice.

And on this working out note, steve try working out your shoulders, i wrestled 125lbs in high school and was pretty strong for my size. Could put up 160. But after wrestling when i could put on weight its only been like 5 months and iv put on 20 lbs of muscle with shoulder workouts(and whey protein of course), which led me to be able to gain more muscle in my chest and arms.

Scott has his own BODY GUARD!!

Ya, my shoulders aren't the problem. Very wide. I think its moreso my legs and such, though I do a 30 km bike ride and a 3 k run everyday.

Too many reps. To gain mass, you should be doing 5-8 reps in 3-4 sets. If you can do more than 8, add weight.

And you need to EAT. A LOT. Like every two hours. No matter how hard you work with the weights, you're not going to gain a bit of mass if you're not taking in the calories.

The S55 looks watery wet  and the rest looks awesome too :2thumbs: It must really feel great to work in an air conditioned enviroment ;) .

Great Work! I'm hoping that the basketball hoop is off limits when the GT is parked in there.

My son was disappointed he didn't have his basketball in my car, and that one wasn't available for him there. :LOLOL

Chuck-Prime and AJ look very wet on silver with really nice metallic pop. I am sure if you go through my Autopia gallery you will see several examples of them on silver. Durability is on par with Zaino, at least in a direct comparison on my brother's silver Honda Odyssey-and this is one application of Prime and one of Acrylic Jett vs 3 ZFX'ed layers of Z2 Pro applied over Klasse AIO. AJ really holds its 'look' very well too.

Only 135 pages and 1615 pictures, shouldn't take you long-and I always list the products used with the pictures. ;)

This one isn't silver but you get the idea...

VaSuperShine-my typical price for a Harley is $75 and they normally take about 90-120 minutes. More time and more $$$ if the bike needs a lot of deep cleaning or heavy polishing. I charged $50 for the Gold Wing since it is mostly fairing and very little exposed engine and chrome to polish.

Lower the cardio, in fact, when on a bulking cycle, it may be beneficial to cut the cardio out for awhile. Also, you may want to try cable excercises for the chest. Decline cable flyes are great for hitting the lower pec line and giving them a nice slab-like appearance.

I was doing bodyweight excercise, and they were geat for muscular endurance, but they weren't helping me develop the shape I wanted. So I started out with one of Vince Gironda's workouts(the newbie routine in "The Wild Physique") and I HIGHLY recomend his stuff. He turned out more natural(steroid free) champions than any other trainer, and he's also famed for training the very first Mr. Olympia.

Good stuff.

Back on topic now, lol.
