We all make mistakes. It's what we do about it that matters most. Don't forget the great deal they gave you. Yes, they may have goofed but they always make things right in the end.

Three weeks still is better than "Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery" that we used to get from mail order companies. Wouldn't you agree?

Guess others don't see the the frustration. I would be willing to bet that if you detailed a car and received payment but yet you didn't fullfill what you were paid for and the client had to bring back the car because you didn't do it right. If this happened repeatedly you run a risk of losing the customer. That is all I am saying. I am sure if the shoe was on the other foot and you had to contiuously call because your order was not correct you would get tired of dealing with it and go somewhere else. Customer service doesn't just mean correcting a problem. It also means taking measures that it doesn't happen over and over..... Again, JMO...
 
My autogeek box was triple checked, and the only thing they forgot were things I didn't pay for but wish I had.
 
I recieved mine the other day. It had the wheel cleaner with the order. I did not get an applicator but I do not care. I have plenty of applicators. Now I have plenty of Pinnacle souveran. It was a good deal!

Thanks for not sending the bags with the order. I just throw them away anyways.
 
I received mine the other day as well. It had everything I ordered. All my orders with AG have been complete. No complaints here.
